Gold Cancellations Policy

1. Cancellation of Digital Gold Transactions

Once a digital gold transaction has been completed, the purchase is considered final, and cancellations are not possible for the digital gold holdings.

However, if there are any issues with your purchase, such as erroneous charges, you can reach out to our customer support team for assistance. We will review each case individually and take appropriate action based on the situation.

2. Cancellation of Physical Gold Orders

For physical gold delivery orders, you may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If the gold order has already been processed and dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

To request a cancellation for a physical gold order, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on the Dhanakuti platform.

  2. Navigate to the Order History section.

  3. Select the order you wish to cancel.

  4. Click on the Cancel button and confirm the cancellation request.

  5. Our team will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation is possible based on the current status of the order.

If your cancellation is processed successfully, a full refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Cancellation Due to Payment Failure

If a payment fails or is declined by your payment provider, your order will be automatically canceled. You will receive a notification regarding the payment issue and cancellation.

In case of a failed payment, you can place a new order once the payment issue is resolved.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that certain service fees (e.g., transaction processing fees, delivery charges) may be non-refundable if your order is canceled after it has been processed. These fees will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

5. Refund Process

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
