7. Delivery to Incorrect Address 

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Dhanakuti is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. 8. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If the delivery courier is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or your absence, the courier will usually make a second attempt to deliver the package. After two unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, you may be charged for reshipping the package.

9. Damaged or Defective Goods
